Florence + The Machine’s shares new video for ‘Free’ starring Bill Nighy

Florence + The Machine have shared a new Bill Nighy-starring video for “Free.”

The track comes from their forthcoming album, Dance Fever, out May 13th via Polydor. On “Free” frontwoman Florence Welch sings of the joy of release post-pandemic. With lo-fi electronics and uplifting lyricism, Welch sings of the power and euphoria of music and performance.

Directed by Autumn De Wilde, the “Free” video sees Welch playing herself, while Nighy (Love Actually, Pirates Of The Caribbean) plays the role of Welch’s anxiety.
