Foo Fighters have announced two massive Taylor Hawkins tribute concerts: one at Wembley Stadium and the other at The Kia Forum. The late Foo Fighters drummer passed away in March at age 50.
Now, Foo Fighters are presenting two Taylor Hawkins tribute concerts with Hawkins’ family. The shows will include Foo Fighters members Dave Grohl, Nate Mendel, Chris Shiflett, Pat Smear and Rami Jaffee alongside several guest musicians (TBA). These two shows will mark the Foo Fighters’ first live performances since they cancelled all of their forthcoming dates due to Hawkins’ death.
The first show will take place at London’s Wembley Stadium on September 3rd. Later that month, the second Taylor Hawkins tribute show will take place at Los Angeles’ The Kia Forum on September 27th.
Check out the poster for the concerts below.
Tickets for the Taylor Hawkins tribute shows go on sale on June 17th.
