Billie Joe Armstrong side project Pinhead Gunpowder announce tour

Pinhead Gunpowder — the long-running side project led by Billie Joe Armstrong alongside Aaron Cometbus, Bill Schneider, and longtime Jason White — have remained largely out of sight since releasing the excellent Unt in 2024. But the band is showing signs of stirring back to life. A string of fall tour dates has quietly surfaced across North America, with stops currently scheduled in New York, Chicago, San Francisco, Los Angeles, Philadelphia, and several other cities.


So far, the band hasn’t hinted at whether the run will expand further, though the slow drip of dates suggests there may still be more announcements on the way. UPDATE: Pinhead Gunpowder have now officially confirmed the tour, with Night Shop set to open the East Coast and Midwest dates, while Constant Insult will handle support on the West Coast.
