Farm Aid is heading to Virginia Beach for the first time in its four-decade history. The annual benefit concert, founded in 1985 by Willie Nelson, Neil Young, and John Mellencamp, will return on September 26 with a lineup that bridges country, folk, rock, and Americana while continuing its longstanding mission of supporting family farmers across the United States.
The 2026 edition will once again be led by Farm Aid’s founding artists — Willie Nelson, Neil Young & The Chrome Hearts, and John Mellencamp — alongside a bill that includes Dave Matthews & Tim Reynolds, Margo Price, Nathaniel Rateliff, Turnpike Troubadours, Lukas Nelson, Mike Campbell & The Dirty Knobs, Jesse Welles, Sierra Ferrell, Mon Rovîa, I’m With Her, Amythyst Kiah, Lily Meola, and Chris Pierce.
Presale tickets become available June 10 at 10 a.m. ET, with the general onsale following on June 12 at the same time.
More than just a festival, Farm Aid has remained one of music’s most enduring activist institutions. Since its launch more than 40 years ago, the organization has raised upwards of $90 million in support of programs designed to strengthen family farms, expand access to locally produced food, and advocate for a more sustainable agricultural system. The annual concert continues to serve as both a celebration of American roots music and a platform for the farmers and communities at the heart of the organization's mission.
