Modest Mouse enlist Janet Weiss for “Look How Far,” drop extra 2026 tour dates

After debuting their first-ever cruise festival, Ice Cream Float, last month, Modest Mouse are back on solid ground—and back on the road this spring. They’ve dropped a new single, “Look How Far,” a brief but unmistakably Modest Mouse track, featuring Janet Weiss (ex-Sleater-Kinney) on drums. It’s under two minutes, but every second carries the band’s signature mix of restless energy and sharp hooks.

Tour-wise, the band has added dates across July and August, hitting multiple California cities, Chicago, Portland, St. Paul, Philadelphia, and more. Tickets go on sale Friday, March 13 at 10 AM local time, with an Ice Cream Party fanclub presale kicking off Wednesday, March 11 at 10 AM. All dates are listed below.
