Pearl Jam preceded their song “All Those Yesterdays” with a short performance of The Beatles’ “Her Majesty” during their show at Toronto’s Scotiabank Arena on Thursday, September 8.

The veteran rockers took the stage hours after the news of the death of Britain’s Queen Elizabeth II at the age of 96.

“This is just one I’m gonna [play] from Paul McCartney,” Pearl Jam frontman Eddie Vedder said before performing a shortened version of The Beatles song.
